TMTA - "Moulin Rouge"

TMTA's theme for ATCs this week is, "Moulin Rouge"~~ this means red windmill in French, and, as most people know, is the name of a very famous cabaret in the Paris red-light district. The Moulin Rouge, built in 1889, is where the "modern" version of the can- can dance was born, and many, many performers have entertained there over the years.
