Lydia, in answer to your question, no it's not 3D--except for the flower on the bottom--I guess that's 3D! The image is from Paper Whimsy Studio, and then the rest is just stamping and embellishments. Thanks to everyone for all of the lovely compliments! It's very kind of you and I appreciate all of them so much!
